防腐地坪漆为三组份漆,适合防腐罐、重型机械表面处理及化工企业易腐蚀区域的地坪，石油工业的防腐工程及污水池化学池等。抗渗透性强，耐强酸、碱、盐及各种有机溶剂，表面硬度高，致密性好。

施工工艺：

Construction technology:

1、地面处理: 依据地面状况做好打磨、修补、除污、除尘；

2、底涂层：使用环氧防腐底漆：主漆和固化剂按比例混合，并搅拌均匀；

用滚筒均匀的滚涂，无漏滚；

Roll evenly with rollers, no leakage;

门边、墙角、墙脚、机脚等使用毛刷涂刷。

3、玻纤铺设：铺设玻纤布，将调好的环氧树脂和固化剂倒在玻纤布上，用刮刀刮平；

用批刀整体满刮1~2遍；

待固化后，打磨批刀痕等缺陷处，并处理干净；

5、腻子层：用环氧双组份加入适量腻子粉，用镘刀将其均匀涂布多道；

6、面涂层: 使用环氧防腐面漆：主漆和固化剂按比例混合，并搅拌均匀；

用准备好的滚筒浸上面漆，均匀滚涂，要求涂层均匀，无漏涂，滚涂2遍，或喷涂1-2遍。

7、地坪投入使用时间：涂漆后10-24小时后方可上人，72小时后方可重压,气温较低时，间隔时间需适度延长。
