| 厂房内部地坪做法: Floor practice in the plant: （1）去除地面原有地坪涂料至面砖基层； (1) remove the original floor coating from the ground to the surface brick base; （2）原有破损、开裂、空鼓的面砖及砖缝基层采用聚合物水泥砂浆重新修复、找平； (2) the original damaged, cracked and hollowed surface bricks and brick joint base course shall be repaired and leveled with polymer cement mortar; （3）对基层打磨，清理基层表面垃圾，吹去浮灰； (3) polish the base course, clean up the garbage on the surface of the base course and blow away the floating ash; （4）基层表面涂刷瓷片环氧渗透型底漆一遍； (4) brush one coat of epoxy penetrating primer on the surface of base course; （5）地坪环氧砂浆厚度2mm； (5) the thickness of epoxy mortar on the floor is 2mm; （6）高固环氧底漆上部压入防腐波纤网一层，加强防腐耐压能力； (6) press a layer of anti-corrosion wave fiber net into the upper part of high solid epoxy primer to strengthen the anti-corrosion and pressure resistance capacity; （7）地坪环氧砂浆厚度2mm； (7) the thickness of epoxy mortar on the floor is 2mm; （8）地坪腻子找平厚度1mm； (8) the leveling thickness of the floor putty is 1mm; （9）面层涂刷高固含环氧地坪面漆（亮光型）两遍。 (9) the surface course shall be applied with two coats of high solid epoxy floor finish (bright type). |
