机械性能要求
Mechanical Performance Requirements
主要以下三个方面：
There are three main aspects:
1、耐磨性：地坪在使用时会有哪些车辆行走？
1. Wear resistance: Which vehicles will walk on the floor when it is used?
2、耐压性：地坪在使用时会承受多大荷载？
2. Pressure Resistance: How much load will the floor bear in use?
3、耐冲击性：冲击力是否会引起地坪面起壳、剥离？
3. Impact Resistance: Will the impact force cause shelling and peeling of the floor?
化学性能要求
Chemical performance requirements
主要考虑以下两个方面：
Consider the following two aspects:
1、耐酸碱性：使用时腐蚀性化学物质的种类及浓度。
1. Resistance to acid and alkali: The kinds and concentration of corrosive chemicals when used.
2、耐溶剂性：使用时溶剂类型及接触时间。
2. Solvent resistance: Solvent type and contact time when used.
楼层位置状况（防水、防潮）
Floor Location Status (Waterproof, Moisture-proof)
根据地坪是在地下楼层还是地面楼层的位置，确定是否需要防潮处理或选择特殊防潮地坪？
According to the location of the floor in the underground floor or the ground floor, is it necessary to select a special moistureproof or moistureproof?
基面状况
Base level condition
1、基层强度：标号C25及以上，一般要求抗压强度≥20Mpa；
1. Grass-roots strength: label C25 or above, generally required compressive strength (> 20Mpa);
2、平整度：是否需要用环氧砂浆修补？
2. Flatness: Is it necessary to repair with epoxy mortar?
美观要求
Aesthetic requirements
1、颜色要求：是否需要颜色划分区域？

2、亮度要求：是选择哑光还是亮光？
2. Brightness requirement: matte light or bright light?
3、平整度要求：是否对地坪的平整度有要求？
3. Flatness Requirements: Are there any requirements for the flatness of the floor?
安全性要求
Safety requirements
如果地坪处在油渍环境或坡道处，则需要选择环氧防腐地坪、环氧防滑地坪。
If the floor is located in oil-stained environment or ramp, epoxy anti-corrosion floor and epoxy anti-skid floor are needed.
