金属的腐蚀是由其表面和周围环境中的介质发生化学或电化学反应，逐步由表及里，使金属受到破坏，丧失其原有性能。金属腐蚀是人们面临的一个十分严峻的问题，据粗略估计，每年因腐蚀而报废的金属材料相当于当年金属产量的20%以上。采用地坪材料来防锈与防腐蚀是最为简便而有效的方法。通常是防锈为金属用底面材料，防腐蚀为面材料的配套系统。

1、改性脂肪胺固化环氧防腐蚀材料，该类地坪材料可自配自用，成本低，操作简便。适用于贮槽、集水井等钢制品或水泥制品的防腐，据介绍在16%~20%碳化氨水贮槽内壁刷涂2道可保护2年以上。
1. Modified aliphatic amine cured epoxy anticorrosive material. This kind of floor material can be self-made, low cost and easy to operate. It is suitable for corrosion protection of steel products or cement products such as storage tanks and catchment wells. It is introduced that brushing two channels on the inner wall of 16%~20% ammonia carbide storage tank can protect the tank for more than 2 years.
2、乙二胺固化环氧防腐蚀材料，使用乙二胺作为固化剂可以得到柔韧性好的防腐蚀涂层。固化剂加入树脂组分后，室温下放置2~3h使之熟化后使用，可以避免出现涂膜泛白的病态。该地坪材料系列由底面材料、防锈材料、三种面材料构成。配套施工，适宜于大型化工设备、贮罐、钢质贮油罐、管道内外壁的防腐蚀涂层。涂2道防锈材料，2道白磁材料，于室温下干燥15d的钢质油罐，贮存汽油15个月，材料膜无变化。

3、聚酰胺固化环氧树脂防腐蚀材料，聚酰胺固化的环氧涂层与多元胺的涂层比较有以下优缺点：（1）可制得高弹性的涂膜；（2）施工性能好，和环氧树脂组分混合后，不需要熟化立即可使用，地坪材料的使用寿命长，对人体毒性小。
3. Polyamide cured epoxy resin anticorrosive material. Compared with polyamine cured epoxy coating, polyamide cured epoxy coating has the following advantages and disadvantages: (1) high elastic coating can be prepared; (2) good construction performance, and when mixed with epoxy resin components, it does not need to be used immediately after ripening. 4、涂膜的耐化学品性比多元胺固化环氧材料有所下降，尤其是耐碱性下降较明显。此类地坪材料是两罐装，施工时按比较将两组分混合均匀，然后施工。
