1、能在苛刻条件下使用，并具有长效防腐寿命，乙烯基重防腐地坪漆在化工大气和海洋环境里，一般可使用10年或15年以上，即使在酸、碱、盐和溶剂介质里，并在一定温度条件下，也能使用5年以上。

施工工序
Construction process
素地处理：
Prime land treatment:
1、做好打磨、除尘、修补工作；
1, do a good job of grinding, dust removal, repair work;
2、乙烯基酯底漆：用SL—001涂料辊涂或刮涂1~2道；
2, vinyl ester primer: use SL - 001 coating roller or scraping 1~2.
3、乙烯基酯中涂：加0.5~1倍石英砂粉刮涂，修补平整，厚度应不小于0.5mm；
3, vinyl ester middle coating: add 0.5~1 times quartz sand powder to scrape, repair and smooth, thickness should not be less than 0.5mm;
4、乙烯基酯批土防腐层：铺设2~3道玻纤毡（层间需等待1~2小时，以便前一层过了放热期）或加配石英砂铺设、压实；
4. Vinyl ester batch soil anticorrosive coating: lay 2-3 glass fiber felt (between layers need to wait 1-2 hours, so that the first layer has passed the exothermic period) or add quartz sand to lay and compact;
5、乙烯基酯面漆：防腐层6~48小时达到固化要求后施工，用SL~F003涂料刮涂一遍。
