基础处理：采用打磨机对浮物，凹凸不平的地面进行深度打 防腐地坪磨，清理灰尘杂物，如果凹入太深的区域用中涂层材料加石英砂修补，找平，固化后再进行底涂层施工；

底涂层：用树脂胶料加适量稀释剂滚涂一遍，增加附着力以及封闭基础地面的潮气，水气，避免基础层与环氧涂层起壳，脱层；

玻纤布和中涂层施工：先摊铺玻纤布然后刷涂防腐砂浆中涂，每铺一层就在涂刷一道防腐砂浆中涂，直达到玻纤防腐地坪厚度规定的厚度为止；

腻子层：用环氧防腐中涂材料调配石英砂或双飞粉刮批腻子层，按需要施工二至三道，要求达到平整无孔洞、以利面涂施工；
